Cover Page
On my Front Cover flat plan I have made the image the main focus of the magazine as the image and mast head are usually the things that're most noticeable on a magazine so will grab the reader's attention and encourage them to buy it. The magazine has an informal layout as it will be for students so will look appropriate for the audience as well as interesting and eye-catching. The Mast Head is in the top left corner as that is it is located on most magazines so that is where people will look to see the name of the magazine. The bubble is next to the mast head as it fills dead space and will be another one of the first things that'll be visable.
The Contents Page is layed out with an image next to the text to show in more detail what is inside of the magazine, the layout sticks with the informal theme as it is not particularly structured and keeps the reader's attention more than just words would. The images could also be useful if the reader is unaware of the information in the content.
